I am willing to receive and be financially responsible for vaccinations prior to traveling.

I am fully aware that I will need to contribute $3000 for my personal travel expenses in addition to fundraising for Wrestling the World.

I am committing to being at ALL meetings, fundraising events, planning sessions.
